  I might return again. The ladies worked VERY fast to get everything done in 4 hrs. They were both sweating when they left. One of the ladies took a long time to do the upstairs and didn't get it all done and wasn't percise. The lady that did the downstairs was much better and took up some of the other persons slack. The house didn't get vacuumed but I got what I wanted out of it. Great Opportunity for me - thank you!!!

  They did a great job, but unless they're featured on livingsocial again I won't be able to spring for another spring cleaning from AZ Maid Beautiful. Pros- Very friendly, easy to schedule, house was super clean (except for my sliding glass door!), and I liked that they left a check-list of what they'd done. Cons- My appt. was for 11:30, they called and said they'd be late-more like 12 or 12:30. It was closer to 1pm when they arrived, which threw off my day a bit. These things happen, though, and it wasn't too big of a deal, just a bit of an inconvenience.

  The lady that cleaned my house did a great job! I was sort of surprised though, because I had originally been told that 2 ladies were coming, and the one lady that came brought her son with her (who wasn't there to help). I used a lady in the past that wasn't with a company, and I stopped using her because she kept bringing her kids with her. I thought that by going through a company, I could avoid this issue.

  Three bathroom window sills not cleaned, shelf in bathroom not cleaned, top of microwave oven in kitchen not cleaned, area rugs not vacuumed (they were told I have all tile so they didn't bring a vacuum), spots on bathroom floor, TV screens dirty, and they were 30 minutes late and there for 1 1/2 hours to do a 1700 sq ft home - in and out way too fast to accomplish things.

  Did a good job, not as thorough as other services I've used (they vacuumed but didn't vacuum my actual carpeted stairs) and they seemed really rushed to get it all done in under an hour. If the price was the same as the deal I bought I'd probably have them out again but their regular price I saw when buying the deal was too expensive for what I got.

    I would have them use my steam cleaner on my floors next time since the mop left them gridy, but other than that it was a great experience.

    They did an ok job, but the deal was misleading because it was for a set number of hours (4) as opposed to actually fully cleaning the requested number of rooms (in my case 4). I feel a like they were not very detail oriented and while my house is cleaner than it was, it did not meet my expectations of a cleaning service.

    I had to clean after they cleaned! At least it was a start. I had lots of dust and they could only swiffer the blinds?? Extra 3$ charge per blind to use a dust rag!!! I got what I paid for. I've had better help else where. No offense to the ladies that cleaned they did work hard... I would do the same for minimum wage! Not very professional when they come to your home. Not impressed with business side of the cleaning service.

    Puctual, friendly and professional, but they did not review their work with themselves. I had to point out problems such as badly streaked wood floors and soaking wet tile floors. I was disapponted that the showers and toilets were not cleaned. This should always be part of cleaning any house. Simply vacuuming, dusting and mopping is just not a full product.

    I just has surgery and needed extra help. I paid $80 extra for them to dust my blinds and they only dusted each blind 1/2 way! They look worse and I can't fix them. They spotted the shower floor by not scrubbing and just rinsing where cleaner was applied. VERY frustrating!

      I was very appreciative to have my house cleaned as I have not been able to have backup for several years. But I bought the groupon thinking I was going to get a $200.00 cleaning job that I pay half price for and that is pretty much what I got a quick $100.00 clean. I was super disappointed in both of my bathrooms especially the hall bath, the baseboards were still dirty and the tub was not clean. My master bath was not cleaned very well either. Soap was still in the soap holder and the bottom of my shower was still dirty. My stainless steel appliances were streaky and that is one of my pet peeves. My corian sink was still dirty nothing was used to clean it. I guess I was expecting more for a $200.00 value clean. Thank you.

      Didn't do a great job cleaning. It seemed like they were very rushed. Who cleans a 2400 sqft house in 2 hours? Streaks on mirrors. Dirt on counter tops. Very high price for low quality work.
